    On 12/21/2025 we were leaving early in the morning to drive 14 hrs to visit our kids and grandkids for a week. As we drove out of the driveway we noticed that one tire was significantly down and was leaking from the valve stem. We stopped at the NTB on 183 near Anderson Mill and the manager there was EXTREMELY helpful, fixed the valve stem, checked the tire to be sure that there weren’t other problems. We were able to be on our way and still make our trip without any other issues. Because of his help our 6 year old and 4 year old twin grandsons got to see grandma and grandpa without waiting an extra day. He was fantastic. Give him a raise!!

    Store manager Andre has superior customer service very attentive to all customers that came in the door. Technician needed some more customer training was pushing too many other things that were not necessary according to my mechanic I have had over 30 years they are there to make commission that’s it.
