The car I picked was clean and well prepared. The lady at the exit counter was also very friendly but I was not able to see her name.

When I went to leave they refused to rent me a vehicle due to a minor crack in my license. The same license with the same crack that has passed TSA and rental car agencies multiple times a month for almost two years. Asked to speak to manager who refused to give me his name and he told me no rental car company would rent to me with my license. Lucky for me, he was not accurate. His competitor had no problem with it and even gave me a discount due to the inconvenience another agency caused.
