He took the time to explain the service in detail and offered to redo the job, including a full interior cleaning as an exception. I really appreciate the prompt follow-up; it makes me feel valued as a customer again. Original Review: As a Titanium member, I’ve always been happy with the automated wash tunnel, but my recent experience with the $15 interior service was disappointing. The vacuuming was rushed and the requested vanilla scent was missing. Initially, the supervisor was dismissive when I pointed out the doors hadn't been touched. While the exterior wash is still top-notch, I’m glad to see management stepping up to fix these service gaps. It shows they actually care about maintaining the quality we expect as long-term members.

  This is the worst car wash I have ever seen. They have created a very unfair business practice. After you pay for the car wash service, if you want to use the vacuum, they charge you separately. This is the first car wash I have ever visited where the vacuum is not free after purchasing a wash. In more other car washes, vacuum service is included at no additional cost. I respectfully request that the county authorities review and investigate this car wash. I believe their pricing policy should be examined, especially since other car wash businesses provide free vacuum service to customers.

  I would strongly recommend skipping this location for your car wash needs. My last visit was a frustrating experience from start to finish, and it was enough for me to decide not to return. The quality of the wash — especially the interior — was extremely poor. There was still visible dust, smudges, and dirty cup holders. It felt like no attention to detail was given at all, and unless you thoroughly inspect your car (and basically re-clean parts of it yourself), you’ll likely leave dissatisfied. What made the situation much worse was an uncomfortable interaction with a staff member who took $20 cash directly from my hand and refused to give me change when I asked. The interaction felt awkward and intimidating, and as a younger woman dealing with an older, much larger employee, it made me genuinely uncomfortable. I reached out to the manager, Steven, hoping the situation would be handled professionally, but his response was dismissive. Instead of offering a refund or taking accountability, he suggested I drive 35 minutes out of my way to come back for another wash — which is not a reasonable solution after such a negative experience. When I explained that they had already lost me as a customer and requested a refund, it was refused. Overall, I’m honestly shocked by the lack of customer care and accountability. I left feeling completely disregarded and uncomfortable. Save your time and money and consider going somewhere local rather than supporting a private equity–owned operation that clearly prioritizes volume over quality and customer experience.

  When I pulled in they were very cordial and friendly, and the young black gentleman who told me my car was ready was very friendly and actually checked my ticket, that was a first. Not sure why everyone doesn’t do it.

  I usually get an interior wash which involves getting out of the car and letting the attendants do their thing, but this time I had a coupon for a free express wash so I stayed in the car and drove to the automatic wash. I put the car in neutral and took my foot off the brake as instructed. All was fine and well until my car wouldn’t move down the line. I rolled my window down to ask for guidance from the attendant, and he proceeded to reach his hand into the car and semi-aggressively nudge my thigh, asking me to take my foot off the break. Well, my foot was on the break but not engaging it, but regardless, please don’t ever reach your hand between someone’s legs without permission. There was no need to touch me. I was completely shocked. It took an extra few seconds to figure out my AVH was on, so I turned it off and made it through. My car is clean but I don’t feel good about it. Not sure I can go there again.
