  Went to NTB (Mavis) for an oil change - they let me know they can discount it because of a coupon they currently have for oil changes which lowered it to only about $85. And when they had my car up, a service member, Beto, noticed one of my back brake pads was completely worn so it was metal to metal which is very bad for my car and safety. He brought me back and showed it to me and also my other back brake pad was very thin so needed to be replaced too, which they are usually replaced at the same time. They also caught that my brake fluid was very dark so I needed a brake flush. April gave me a $70 discount on a brake pad and they had it all done in about two hours before they closed. I needed to inform my husband after he got off work before paying for it so I let them know I needed to come back the next day and Uber home which they said wasn't a problem to keep my car there. April gave me the total cost and when I came back today to pick it up and pay for it, the total was even a little less than they quoted! The total with everything including the discounts - the oil change, replacing two back brake pads, and a brake flush came to $707.74. And they said my brake pads have a life time warranty. That may have been because of the type they installed though, not sure. But that is nice! And Beto showed me the new brake pads he installed. My car is driving and braking great! Thank you Beto, April, and team for your exceptional service! And me and my husband have had work on our cars done here multiple times (and another NTB location a couple times) and have always been happy with their service and prices. Now, just looking forward to if/when they do transmission service too! ;)

  I find NTB to be the most reliable, transparent and friendly service I have ever experienced. April's philosophy toward customer service keeps me coming back, as she offers discounts on many repairs and it is a pleasure to interact with her. Brandon, my mechanic showed me exactly what needed worked on and even gave me a démonstration of why I needed the repairs. I highly recommend them!
