  I called and Ramon answered the phone. Very friendly and knew his stuff. Brought my antique axle to him since bearings are not available anymore and he got me set up with a whole new set up and I couldn’t be happier! Great place for parts, service and sales. Highly recommend.

  Got a 6X12 charcoal trailer. Works very well for my necessities. I give props to Skylar who helped me. She is very attentive, and gave me exactly what I wanted. She thoroughly gave me the answers i needed to my million questions. She is truly the boss. Full trust in her. I highly recommend to go to Skylar 👏👏

  Broke my trailer jack the day before delivery of equipment. Mr. Dotson took care of me and had a welder stay over and work thru lunch. They cut the old jack out and welded in my new one in 45 minutes. We'll done boys. Customer for life. Master Captin Scott Sims

  I took my recently purchased used kayak trailer here to get a couple things done including: safety inspection, complete trailer rewiring, add additional reverse light, replace the bulb lights with LED, and switch the 4-pin connector to a 7-pin. When I dropped it off, they mentioned a 2-3 week lead time for the work to be done since they were very backed up, and said that they could not give me a price estimate as they needed to inspect the trailer for any additional repairs that might be needed - which I thought was fair. After the 2-3 weeks went by, I called and they said it would need another couple weeks for repairs to be done, which is unfortunate, but I understand how these things can go. Eventually, I went into the shop to talk about whether I needed to take my trailer back as I now was running against the timing I needed to use the trailer and possibly needed to take it somewhere else so that I could use it to drive upstate for a competition in about a week. The Service guy came to talk to me and said he had time to work it in the next couple of days, which was great to hear. I came back a couple days later and the had "completed" the work so I paid and took my trailer directly to get painted. Once at the paint shop, we noticed that the right trailer light was not operational, we opened it up, and there were the old bulb lights still installed, not the LEDs I had requested. Also, it still had the old wiring through the trailer and not new wiring like I had requested. After finagling with it at the paint shop and installing a new bulb, it was serviceable enough to drive to my competition upstate. On the way back, the right trailer light failed again. After looking at the receipt/invoice, it clearly states that I asked for the trailer to be rewired, which was not done, and to verify the lighting was working properly, which it did not. The Invoice does not indicate anything about replacing the bulb lights with new LED lights, which is what I requested but obviously wasn't recorded for the Service Tech to complete the work. To be fair, they charged me $100 for parts (7-pin connector + reverse light) and $157 for labor (total $257), so I imagine that if they'd performed the work I had requested it probably would've been significantly more, but it's just tough to justify waiting all the time that I did in order to not get what I had asked for. The additional reverse light that I asked for was installed and works great, but I made an assumption that when they were about to do the work, they'd ask for which kind of light I wanted installed but they didn't, so the one that's on there is both a little too big and not bright enough - I take fault for making this assumption. In the end, there were definitely things I should've clarified before driving away but I also think there were mistakes on their part too. I want to use this shop again because of their proximity to my home but I've been unable to make up my mind as to whether I want to risk it again. If you choose to use them, especially if you're unfamiliar with trailers or this type of work, be very clear in what you want so there's no confusion.
