  Document your receipt and signage and consider complaints with the Texas Attorney General (Consumer Protection) and the FTC when they send you a $100+ ticket for leaving a little late after you’ve paid to use to the lot. Collective action is the only way to stop these predatory and misleading practices.

  Predatory photo enforced parking fees - like the others, I was charged $102 and “negotiated” to $82 for barely overstaying in an empty lot. I disputed it twice and just ended up paying after they sent a letter from an attorney. I’ll be avoiding all LAZ lots moving forward.

  Don't park here! My mom and I went to the beyond van gogh exhibit. We parked in a separate area right in front of the exhibit and we're told by the staff that the parking here was included with the ticket. Got a bill from the parking company for $90 that came straight from a collections agency with a threat of legal action. I'm assuming the exhibit and the parking company are in cahoots. Bunch of liars!

  Do NOT park at this location. We paid for two hours, but bats were "a bit late" and we were about 20 minutes late getting back to the car (one of about 5 cars remaining in the lot). They charged a $102 dollar fine for the extra 20 minutes. When I disputed the charge, they provided me with a $20 discount on the fine. $82 for the extra 20 minutes - on top of the outrageous amount for the two hours. Not a great way to treat a first-time (and likely last time!) visitor to the city of Austin and one of the big tourist locations! Poor!
