  Absolutely not worth parking here. You’ll receive a letter demanding that you pay over $100 to settle a bill after you’ve paid an already extortionate amount to park, then when you respond to that demand, you will be further harassed without them ever addressing your initial response. I disputed the charge directly with the sender and reached out to LAZ Parking with no response from either. I recommend staying away from this lot and any other LAZ lot in Austin. Parking is cheap enough anywhere else, and it’s worth a walk to not support these scammers. Use ParkATX or any of the huge number of other apps/companies to find better parking without the pain LAZ causes, my goodness.

  Buyer beware. This is a great spot but make sure that you leave before the parking time expires. Even if you do, you could be charged by the collections company associated with the lot. The collection company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau for a pattern of complaints regarding billing and customer issues. A vehicle I paid for to park here was incorrectly billed for time that I had already paid for in September 2022.
