  Don’t park here, there is central library parking a block away that is 1/4 the expense. This was a rip off.

  Stank like sewage and the cost is outrageous. Paid over $15 for an 1hr and 15 minutes.

  The exit experience is bad, the terminal is very user UNFRIENDLY and provides little directions. For example it should say "remove card" so it moves to the next step. Small details that makes for a smooth flow. The car in front of me was also having issues. It seems like a systemic issue with their systems.

  Expensive and they have no one to help you. Signs are not clear, the machine does not take credit cards, you have to do it by phone. Never again coming back. We were less than an hour and paid $15. Ridiculous.

  This is the most expensive parking garage I've ever experienced. $30 for 2.5 hours???? What a crock! should have been $4.
