They are very slow, take tons of breaks, and stop regularly for team joke sessions. 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted 30-45 min for service. They will try and upsell engine and cabin air filter replacements when obviously not needed, both were changed on my last service a few months ago, the filters were both clean and white. And $160 for an oil change and tire rotation? There are 2-3 other service stations (oil change) within 10 minutes of this location. Time to move on.

Which resulted in an oil leak on my end, which meant I needed to get an oil change a 1000 miles before it was needed. When I brought it in to get it checked out, the manager said they would call me, never did. I had to call to figure out it was their teams negligence that caused this problem. Instead of offering this oil change for free or a discount, they didn’t and couldn’t care less. Never coming back. Oh and they also never put a new oil change date sticker on for good measure. Oh and don’t even put air in the tires. Quality operation.

- ACandy cDec 17, 20251.0The absolute worst place. We went in for a safety inspection. We were told by the tech that our fuse was blown since the OBD port doesn’t work. They wanted $180 to replace a fuse. I went home tested all the fuses and everything was normal. Later on, I took my car to the dealership and passed the safety emission test without issues. STAY AWAY
