Wish I didn’t mind, and send me home afterwards, I wasn’t even driving a quarter of a mile When my engine started overheating and I had to pull to the side immediately. I was in the middle lane on I -35 when this happened coming from New Braunfels, the traffic was going fast around me! Luckily I stop and check my truck to see what the issue was, My truck was completely empty on antifreeze!! My was driving without antifreeze.. I called them immediately. I was scared, and the only thing I got from them was ….mam’m we’re busy. You’re gonna have to wait. ! I said you’re kidding me. ??! I’m in the middle of the highway. Someone have to come back and help me. After 25 minutes someone showed up and put some antifreeze in my truck with my husband showed up Thank goodness. Since I have not received a single apology from them, Not even a call saying how you’re doing. Is your Truck doing OK? I just called to check and make sure your motor is OK? These people have no feelings whatsoever !! I wasn’t gonna do this, but someone has to do it. My life was in danger that day!! I will never go back to this people ever again. !!.
