  Great service today and finished up quickly. They had some great coupons for oil change synthetic and tire rotation. They offered other services that were cost effective

  Let me start by saying the 4 guys working on January 28th 2026 at 8 am were the nicest and most wonderful people I have ever met at a car auto repair shop. I was on my way work as always and had a few lights come on which only allowed me to go up to 30 mph max. I went to an auto body shop down the road where I had to beg to use their device that plugged into my car to give me the diagnostic codes. When I asked to take a picture of them I was told “sure we only pay $10,000 for this”. He previously told me “my car sounded terrible”, “I shouldn’t drive this off their property”, and then went into stating they have a taxi service that would take me home and rental cars I can look at. At the end of the day they were just in it for the money. I knew I was not leaving my car there for a second and did nothing other than take it to Jiffy Lube in dripping springs. Here I pulled in, was greeted by 2 men with great attitudes and was asked what the problem was. I told them exactly what had happened and showed them the codes that I took a picture of. They checked my oil, my battery, ran the codes and instead told me it was more than likely just the cold weather doing its part on my car. I was convinced otherwise and asked them to look into it a bit more. One gentlemen went inside to do his research while 3 others looked and just TRIED TO HELP! This is all you can ask for from a car repair shop now days, is for them to just try to help, be genuine humans and do this without then intentions of looking for how to get the next dollar out of you. The gentleman doing his due diligence inside and told me he thinks he it is a transmission problem. This is something Jiffy Lube doesn’t do, and instead he referred me somewhere else. I have never been to a dealership and left without spending anything and actually felt like they helped, but that was the day. I turned my car back on and to my surprise the lights were off and my car was working fine again and has been for a few days now. It was just a weather problem, and I should have listened to him the first time. These guys here are amazing and I will now be getting everything done that I can at this Jiffy Lube. Mechanics have their persona, but this shows that it is not always true. Truly blessed to be right next to them for any car issues I come across and look forward to delivering them breakfast one morning! This is not Chat GPT, instead I actually put in the time and effort to type this myself and would do in 10 times again after how grateful I am for those 4 men that day. Thank you, genuinely!
