To other reviewers complaining about bed side manner, I'd remind you these guys are mechanics not therapist. Always polite but not talkative types. Just get in line and get on your way with fresh oil in less than 15 minutes. Worth every penny and use quality products and don't try to upsell everything. I appreciate hard work and these guys are top notch in my book.

There will be no more visits by me. Keep the employee named Jorge below deck or you risk turning away more loyal customers. Terrible, unexpected behavior in a front facing position is a recipe for disaster.
