I explained I was in the middle of talking to the front desk, and he responded that he was the GM and that it didn’t matter. Extremely rude and unprofessional. On the flip side, the front desk technician was polite, helpful, and handled the situation well—honestly showed better leadership qualities than the GM.

- RARene AndersonDec 9, 20251.0I wanted to give a 5 star review as investigator for the state. However, that's not the case with my experience. I received a code for my mass air flow sensor. They didn't have the correct part so I bought it and they charged me for installation. However, during installation they damaged my air intake valve without saying anything. I didn't find out until I drove home to my Jiffy Lube to get an inspection. During the inspection my check engine light came on for system too lean meaning your engine has too much air and not enough fuel for ideal combustion. The Jiffy Lube told me to take it back because they needed to reset the ECU because incorrect data was being given. I called multiple locations a few confirmed this and some denied this. I was getting the run around. I took it back to my Jiffy Lube and the GM said that the person who installed my MAF sensor damaged my air intake valve that's why I got a new code, failed my inspection, and the check engine light came back on.
