After trying to get an inspection at three other Jiffy Lube locations, we called this location to see if they had an inspector on site. Even though their inspector already went home, they called the inspector and had him return to do an inspection for us. Totally made our day with a quick and efficient inspection!

- RWReilly Williams4 days ago5.0I cannot say enough about my experience here today. Firstly, the customer service was above and beyond. I worked with Jesse, Jordan, Johnathan, and Tyreil. Adam, the manager, came out when I had a question about pricing, and he was so accommodating and friendly. Jesse showed me my air filter and advised me to change it out next time, which I appreciate as I only learned recently those need to be changed. I asked Johnathan if he had recommendations for a body shop because my back bumper was ripped off and needed to be reattached. Despite body work not being a part of their service offerings, Jesse, Jordan, and Johnathan worked together to reattach it for me. I drove away with all of my problems solved: dirty windshield cleaned, wiper fluid filled (there was none left), a quick oil change, and an intact bumper. What a relief! Thank you so much, guys. Will definitely be back.

This morning I came to this location and everything was fine but I will say two male staff members had a very demeaning and sexist attitude towards me. Not every woman is mechanically illiterate/stupid (which is how I was made to feel) so maybe customer service is something they should go over again here! However, crew member Adam and the inspector John were extremely kind and my service was quick and efficient so I appreciate that at the very least! 😊 5 stars to Adam and John!!!
