- AYAndrey YninJan 2, 20261.0Very disappointed with the service at Jiffy Lube. I came in for an oil change and specifically asked them to check the drain plug for leaks. After the service, the technician told me the drain plug was in perfect condition. A couple of days later, I found a large oil puddle under my car. When I checked the dipstick, it was completely dry. The following Monday I returned to the same location. I found employees sleeping, which already felt very unprofessional. I explained the situation and again asked them to check the drain plug. They told me the plug was fine and claimed the leak was coming from a “gasket between the engine and transmission.” Later that same day, I went to another shop where the mechanic explained that there is no gasket there — it is a rear main seal. It turned out Jiffy Lube did not fully drain the old oil and then added the full service amount without checking the level, overfilling the engine. This caused excessive pressure and pushed oil out through the seal. When the car was lifted, I personally saw oil leaking from the drain plug. This confirmed the poor quality of the service. Not only was the service done incorrectly, but I was also given false information. This cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. I do not recommend this location.
