Jiffy lube always been good for service at this location but when I visited they did a tire rotation and one of the tires they didn’t tighten it well As I was getting my brake service I was told that I was driving with my driver side tire lug nuts wasn’t tighten and thank god nothing bad happened to me Jiffy lube was the only ones who was working on my tires

Not only did they note ask me what oil I wanted, but, also didn't completed the "courtesy items" until I mentioned it, put down notes about an oil leak, and never said a word, stated since they dont do that type of that repair, they wouldnt say anything. I was so surprised being in Bee Caves that they have no customer sevice. I would have no reason to ever go to this business again, and if I did need a oil change in the area, I would wait.
