I had just wasted 40 minutes at take five, trying to do the right thing for once and go in for the free top up and tire pressure fixing. I waited only for them to tell me that I didn’t need any more oil and they could not help me with my tires at that time. Exacerbated, I pulled into this Jiffy Lube and asked the gentleman to help me with my tires. It’s getting cold out, so tire pressure is dropping, and I don’t trust My at home Tire filler. I had already tried to use it and missed the mark by four psi. Kevin took the time to fill all my tires up and explain to me why my truck made the happy little beeping noise every time he got to the correct psi. Now I have knowledge to apply to my own at home filler, and will hopefully be able to do it Next time. He didn’t charge me for his time, said tire pressure checks and fixing was free. I am infinitely grateful and he has one of my loyalty for the next time I need my oil changed.
