  Bertin was awesome. Kind and efficient. He had a smile on his face and was a joy to talk to during the early morning rush. He redeemed my opinion of the staff after I was man-splained by another gentleman why the bay they are completing the oil changes in has “a whole in it.” 😐 maybe he was trying to be nice?

  Had a rough visit here. Came on a weekday because I knew I could avoid a line, and I did get into the bay immediately. For just an oil change + tire rotation I was in the bay for well over an hour. In that time, the staff on the floor bickered and fought. The woman running things seemed like she’d had it with everyone around her and was screaming at the staff all over. It was $170, with a coupon, for just the change + the rotation. Outrageously priced, but not unexpected, assuming I can actually get out in 15 or 30 minutes. The fact this took so long and I had to awkwardly listen to everyone fight made it not worth the visit. Go somewhere else; I wish I had read these other recent reviews.

  Predatory and Unsafe Conduct: My wife went in only for a quick 15-minute oil change — nothing else. I personally maintain her vehicle, but was out of state and everything had already been checked. Instead, she was kept there for over an hour, pressured into more than $300 in unnecessary services, and subjected to predatory and inappropriate behavior from an employee. She felt trapped and unsafe while staff repeatedly approached and opened her car without consent. Things were said like “I need mouth to mouth”, “you’re the nurse and I need resuscitation” and stated multiple time about his sexual and racial preferences, which happened to align with my wife’s race, while asking where I was and why I was not here. When I called the manager immediately after, she named every other employee except the one responsible — which felt like a deliberate cover-up Someone also opened her glove box without consent, couldn’t find the cabin filter, and then removed her engine filter instead — I inspected when I get home and found the entire housing broken and the filter halfway out of the housing. This was all without permission. This on top of a flush and fill that was not necessary is unacceptable by any professional or moral standard. When I went to the shop myself to resolve this, I was met with hostility and zero accountability from management. This wasn’t a simple customer service issue — it was predatory, unethical, and possibly illegal.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at Jiffy Lube was fabulous! Chrissy was so kind, incredibly efficient, and super communicative with the rest of the staff while changing my oil. She let me know about a few add-ons without making it feel like a sales pitch — you can tell she genuinely cares about my safety and my car’s well-being. Every time I come in, I have a great experience, and this visit was no different. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

  Very disappointed. I've been to this location several times and I did feel comfortable with the prior service I received. But today, I went in for an oil change and the assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to this location again. To walk up to my car and tell me my total would be $159.39 for an oil change and not explain to me that the cabin filter needed to be replaced also. Just throw it all on the bill and send her on her way. That man is so rude. He never thanked me nor walked me through the services that were supposedly done to my vehicle. I spent $160 just to be treated so poorly. Never again. I would like to thank Bertin for actually taking the time to answer some questions I had. Because when I attempted to ask the rude man he seemed irritated. That made me immediately uncomfortable and I no longer trust the service. Again, Thank you Bertin and to the nice man who cleaned my windshield.
