- KLkody lambourneNov 27, 20251.0customer service was great, went in for an oil change and new battery but the kid that installed the new battery zip tied it down because it was too tall for my car, this left the front right corner of my hood bent open, I noticed it when i was driving down the highway when my hood kept trying to open because the wind would catch the corner and try to lift it up. When i finally noticed it and opened my hood to see the battery zip tied I thought this was a joke, so now the car hood cant properly close due to this taller battery.
