The installation from the beginning was done incorrectly and the system did not work. After multiple visits for a whole month, from having to use tow trucks to take the car from one place to another, because the car won't start, to getting the money back has been a headache. It seems that the technicians do not have the required experience or proper training to do the installations and have poor communication between them. The customer experience was very bad.
