Take the part number you get and google it before you buy and you will see this place and it’s sister stores charge 3-4 times more then what it cost online. Sean is the parts manager and when I discovered the price difference all he could say was “ I agree with you but I don’t make the prices” go online and look for other places to buy all your international truck parts this company is ripping everyone off

Funny I sent my mechanic 278 miles to him put a new u joint in, drove the truck loaded into Austin then 314 miles to our shop with the " heavily damaged yoke " !

Took forever to diagnose it, and then wouldn't release the truck to us unless I paid them over $200 cash on the spot. I'm setup with penske so they handle billing for me. They pretended it was a misunderstanding after an hour of demanding cash payment when I got penske on the phone. Shake down. I decide to give them another chance and they said they could clear a code for us after we had a transmission service. They said they can have us in and out to come by. After 30 mins they say they are too busy to wait 3-4 hours. To clear a code. Deceptive and dishonest. Zero stars for Rico
