Although they didn’t do the work on my car (the insurance company totaled it, thanks to the person who crashed into me) they took the time to walk me through it and were very communicative. So, while I can’t speak to the work they would do, I really appreciated their detailed descriptions of what they would have done and why, and they have earned my business if I ever get a new car and need any work.
