  Danielle is very incompetent and unprofessional. She asked me to email her the estimate that I got from State Farm .after I sent her the estimate by email, she emailed back saying that unfortunately we cannot fix your car because your car has has been totaled out on a previous claim which is ridiculously false. I contacted State farm claims, and they contacted her and told that she is wrong! my car was never totaled out and they have to fix it, then she started making up lies. I have her email and she's still lying about it ! I'll never go back to that shop, or contact them again. This is shop is supposed to be a preferred shop for State farm, it couldn't be any worse!

  Edit verison: After leaving a not so good review about Gerber Collision.. Paul reached back out to me and offered to help pay the $500 decidable on my insurance claim. That helped a lot. Got my car back about a week later. So I’m happy they helped out and made things right. Thank you so much!

  Gerber Collision is the best! I would not trust my vehicles elsewhere. They have excellent facilities and multiple paint rooms. The work is high quality, and they made my 2012 GL look brand new. The service is very fast and friendly, and they coordinated seamlessly with my car rental and insurance. They also have an excellent communication system that keeps you up to speed with repairs along every step of the process. They have a superb lifetime warranty on the work, and they are nationwide. So it's easy to get the same high quality service even when you're out of town.

  Long story short. Geico gave us a runaround, waiting for calls, different people answering - a lot of apologizing and no one is on the same page. Geico customer service isn't prompt and the last person gave us an instruction to go to Austex. Upon going to Austex, we explained the situation and Geiko and Austex are on two different spectrums. Neither one knows what is going on, we gave clear answers as to what Geico customer service told us to say and Austex has no idea what to do. It's pretty frustrating that Austex has no idea what to do, but even more frustrating about the number of people on the line for Geico who haven't done their part to ensure all the information between Geico and Austex is synced so this whole situation could have worked out smoothly. Why I'm giving a single star to Austex for is.. the service. It seems like that lady sitting the front has no concern for our plight, another employee who asked us questions isn't doing enough. Maybe contact Geico who told us to go here and get the information Austex needs to help us out? Seems like we've been sitting here for a while just looking stupid while waiting on a return call from Geico cause Austex isn't going to do anything more.

  They finished work promptly and in the manner they indicated. They also held my vehicle an extra week as I was out of town.
