I got updates almost everyday and the vehicle was finished ahead of schedule, just in time for Thanksgiving. Repair work was phenomenal, the dent removal and painting on the hood was perfect. Car repairs are never fun, but they should be done correctly, and this was, which was satisfying. Ill definitely recommend this business to everyone. 1950 Rutland, Gerber for the Win!

When the final cost ends up being 50–100% more than expected, it doesn’t always feel like much of an “estimate.” I’ve since learned that in this industry you don’t really know the full scope until the vehicle is taken apart, which is different than most other industries. That said, the team went above and beyond. Wade, the general manager, personally called me several times, explained the situation, and helped me file with my insurance. Carlos, who wrote the estimate, was very kind and professional as well. Both were great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. In the end, my truck looks great, it’s insured, and I feel well taken care of. Big props to Wade and Carlos for their professionalism and customer service.
