When the shop called me to tell me the vehicle was ready, I paid them and left, my entire undercarriage was dragging on the ground and my front bumper was damaged. The shop agreed to fix it for free. Then upon my kid getting in the backseat to use the seatbelt, I discovered that the shop broke my seatbelt. When I went back to the shop they denied it and wouldn’t fix it but left greasy fingerprints all on my headliner and the seatbelt panel barely hanging on! If I could give them less than 1 star I would! This place is horrible! Don’t take your care here for repairs! 10/26/25 Fast forward to now and the reason I took my car to this shop was because water was getting in my trunk. The picture below months later shows water is still getting into my trunk. Worst experience ever!
- SSSavaenaSep 19, 20224.0Our Honda was vandalized by angry, childish neighbors back in August. Had to deal with the cops, insurance, and it was stressful. Gerber Collision helped us through our insurance. They fixed all of the cosmetic damage, including the chipped windshield, and deep gash on one corner which you can't even tell was ever there. There were some small quality oversights in their work that we went over, and Cody the manager has been very proactive in stepping in to see that everything is fixed to high standard. He's very attentive and follows up quickly. He and his staff have been delightful to work with during this whole stressful ordeal. We're still working on getting our Honda fixed, and if all goes well, I will be upgrading my rating to 5 atars.
