- JPJon P.Oct 9, 20255.0Turned out way better than expected. Not anything to do with them but I wasn't planning on keeping the car all that much longer. However, I couldn't stand the sight of my impacted bumper any longer. I went with the after market bumper to save a bit of money and even though there was underlying damage they fit it perfectly and the paint matched perfectly, even though my car is a 2014. The car was done early, and they even washed and vacuumed the interior. Overall they were wonderful to work with and really took care of me and my car. Hopefully I won't need any work done soon but I will for sure revisit if I have an issue.

She continuously interrupted me during our conversation to the point where it became obvious it was intentional. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and combative, which is shocking considering she is the voice of this location. We brought our vehicle here because our insurance company recommended Gerber and assured us they would stand behind the work. I paid my copay, which would have been the same no matter which shop we chose, so I went with the guarantee of backed work. I was simply shocked that the quote here was nearly five times higher than expected. Between the unprofessional customer service and the inflated estimate, I cannot recommend this location.
