- SGShalev GrunschlagOct 13, 20253.0I made a reservation for an suv but I received a Nissan versa instead. Also I only received a manual key for the Nissan versa so I couldn’t locate my car when parked. The car didn’t have Apple CarPlay, only Bluetooth, making navigation difficult. Also I tried to explain the fact that I had third party insurance with one of the employees but they insisted that I would need to buy their own insurance anyway. Thankfully after I returned the vehicle, one of the managers was able to reduce the cost of my rental significantly. Nevertheless, an SUV or a proper sedan would have been much nicer and more comfortable.

No mention of a $300 security deposit and they wouldn’t even attempt to run a card even if it runs debit or credit. No issues making the booking and ZERO MENTION OF THE REQUIREMENTS. I rented a car with the same card at another location a few days before and didnt have this problem.

I went to get my car at the reserved time DURING business hours. The doors were locked and no one was there. Put me in a very frustrating pickle and stuck without a rental.
