  I’m really sad and uncomfortable to leave this review, because everything was fine and staff was being very helpful and nice to help me get a rental vehicle after being involved in a car wreck, until Jared Middleton stepped in. It is no coincidence last review also mentions his unprofessional manners and rude attitude, he has some serious personal issues that reflect in his childish comments. Visas are not required as a tourist to rent a car, I had all valid documentation and even called Enterprise corporate number and confirmed I didn’t need that. Jared asked for it, and I luckily had it with me, but didn’t accept it because he thought it was a border crossing card, even though it clearly says B1/B2 VISA. He wanted the visa incorporated to the passport (and it takes a google search to find out they don’t expedite visas that way since 2016). He said it was management’s orders claiming her name is Rebecca Epperson to not take that type of visa (which is currently the only way you’ll find it) Make it make sense! I drove to the nearest Enterprise even though he told me I would have the same issue anywhere , and I’m literally walking out with the keys of a rental car. It confirms it was just his incompetence and who knows probably a bit of racism toward non-american citizens. Feel sorry because all other employees were amazing to me, but you have the wrong person in charge.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND The worst part of my trip to Austin was having to work with Jared Middleton at Enterprise. Coming off of the 3 worst hours of my recent life including a canceled return flight, losing my luggage, my husband's mom passing and me not being home with the kids, having to find a last minute hotel and hoping my tomorrow flight doesn't get canceled. 10 hours from home and I couldn't rent at the airport without a credit card so I went off-property where I was told I could use debit. A nice kid was helping me but didn't know how to go the debit route so asked Jared. All Jared had to offer was "can't, out of state". I asked another question, he was rude. Told him my flight was canceled and told him I had the departure info from my first flight. Told me nothing matters if I'm out of state. Rude. Short. Bad attitude. Asked him something else. Rude. I understand policy through and through, I work in insurance, but he could have shown any level of compassion for the situation and it would have gone a long way. Instead I went from cope to crashout and Jared got to hear it all. I'll never use Enterprise again because of Jared. Highly recommend picking another location and DO NOT USE 4352 South Interstate 35, Austin, TX 78745.

  I had the misfortune of running into animals twice in 3 months on a rural highway in South Central Texas recently. In both instances my insurance company placed me in a rental, both times from the Enterprise rental location on South I-35 in Austin. Both times, the staff that helped me were super calm and collected whilst managing a busy lobby early those particular mornings at the individual pick up dates. They also seemed to show concern for my situation as well. I value that a lot, so much so, even after my vehicle was determined to be a total loss, i went back to get a weekend rental for Super Bowl weekend to visit family while i determine what to do next in a vehicle search. I would definitely recommend Enterprise. Not just the location i used but anywhere for that matter. Thanks guys!
