Like the rest of the staff, he is extremely efficient, friendly, professional, and explains everything very thoroughly, leaving me with no questions about my rental. It's always a fun experience there even when it's super busy. Collins was training somebody to last two times I went, and that location can get really come a really busy I'm a butt Collins stayed cool under pressure. I can't recommend recommend Enterprise enough and the staff at 8310 Research Boulevard is really top notch.

Everywhere else I've rented you just walk in check in and they hand you the keys. Not sure how they have managed to so terribly screw up that process..and it wasnt just me 10 ppl waiting like this.
