There was an issue using a debit card for a one-way rental (the last time I came here it was fine) so I agreed to just bring it back to the same location. However, the manager started speaking with my rep discretely and then they said they just wouldn’t let me rent it all. They didn’t trust I would bring it back to the same location….even after they told me it wasn’t even possible. How does that even make sense? And based off of what observation of me? I’m always traveling and renting vehicles and this was the most disrespectful interaction I’ve had at a rental facility. They left me stranded in Austin that day.
