Nightmare experience. They're trying to scam me now. Will never do business with this company ever again.

We had to wait over an hour in line to pick up our scheduled car as they only had one employee working and obviously at least a dozen cars booked to go out at the same time.

Do not rent from here. A huge line, at least an hour to get your car. One guy working who is moving from the desk to pulling cars up to doing checkouts to cleaning 🤯. Nobody is at the desk, and he is vacuuming a car for the customer he’s checking out. So much for “saving time” by uploading a drivers license in advance. Pretty clearly the only thing that’s being saved is enterprise costs by understaffing.

TLDR: cockroach nest in car, had to be shuttled to another location despite reservation Incredibly disappointed by my enterprise experience. I reserved my vehicle days ahead of time. I got a call when I was five minutes away from the location (after walking 40 minutes) that the location had no cars. On my arrival, no one acknowledged me or explained what was going on. I waited about an hour before I was taken in a car to another location further from where I was staying. At that point I was given a sedan (I had reserved an SUV). I was using this car to go visit my cousin who is on hospice. I drove the car to Houston when I saw that 6-10 cockroaches had crawled out of the area around the emergency break and into the cupholder area. This included a big cockroach and tiny baby cockroaches, it was almost unbelievable. In Houston I contacted multiple enterprise locations including this one to see how to get a swap out and was given no solution besides to go to the airport to switch it which was an hour each way and not a good solution given I was there to spend time with a dying family member. Very bad customer service. Ultimately the secondary location in Austin gave me a partial refund. Very disappointing overall. Would never ever recommend enterprise or use it again

This Enterprise location does not honor long-standing reservations and provides lack luster customer service - ultimately costing the customer more $$. I made a reservation for a full size truck (F150 or similar) on Sept 2, 2025 for pick-up on Oct 11, 2025. For transparency, this reservation was for 1 day at $75. The day before the reservation, Oct 10, Mary Beth called to tell me they did not have a vehicle for me and all she could offer was a small suv (Rogue). Since 3 of the 4 people in my group are 6’2” or taller, a small vehicle was not going to suffice. Mary Beth provided no alternatives besides the small SUV and told me all the larger vehicles were rented by corporate accounts and I would have to find a larger vehicle elsewhere. Negative stars for customer service. Given I was notified the day before the reservation, downtown Austin options were non-existent. I ended having to take a Lyft to the airport $45, rent a full size suv for $295 and also deal with the fiasco that is the rental car center at the airport. Finally, there was the $40 ride back to downtown Austin after returning the vehicle. Since this Enterprise location failed to provide a suitable vehicle as reserved, I ended spending an additional $300+.
