    if you put in a reservation they will call you 15 min before hand and tell you they dont have a car and ruin your entire trip and week.

    The worst customer service! They overbooked, gave me a car that had a broken rear view mirror and then told me they didn’t have any other vehicles. I asked if they could check inventory at another locations or what my options were. They went on to say they couldn’t and that I could wait for another car to be turned in. As I was sitting there booking another vehicle other cars were dropped off and they told me, sorry those are for other people. I ended up having to take an Uber to an Avis rental car and ask them to please remove the charges from my credit card that were not removed. Not only did I waste an hour sitting there, but I had to pay to take an Uber somewhere else because of their mistakes.

    I have called multiple times to get specific details for a rental coming up so that a trip with their 15 passenger van goes smoothly. Every single person who has answered the phone has been nice, helpful, and informed. Top notch employees, all around.

    Asked for a toll pass and they apparently added a car seat instead (we didn’t have a kid…). Asked upon leaving the parking garage if I needed the toll pass that I paid for or if it was pay by plate. Told I didn’t need a transponder and it was pay by plate. Arrive back and notice the bill has a car seat and no toll pass (no baby seat was given). Baby seat was refunded. Today I was billed for the tolls plus a $25 extra fee because of their mistake. Called the 800 number on the invoice, waited 45 minutes, someone picked up and immediately hung up without saying a word. No option for anything else. Absolutely ridiculous Also, the large woman that checked us in claimed the car was “preinspected” but no associated record or paperwork. Get to the car and there’s a huge dent in the door. Told the person on the way out and emailed enterprise with proof as I’m sure I would have been charged if I hadn’t reported it. Next time, do your job, you had to walk 25 feet to the car and there weren’t any other customers

    I called their local office to confirm they offer courtesy pickup, I have been asked a few questions about what type of car and all such I kept saying that I have to book it through my corporate as it’s for an official trip for work Personnel on the call doesn’t want to listen I finally said that I HAVE to make the reservation on my end and just want to know if they offer pickup, I have been told that I have to call the number in my email, which I did and it eventually redirected me to the same local office. JUST because I did not make a reservation through them, I have been told that they cannot offer a pick up I live less than 5 miles away from their office and still a no from the manager What’s the purpose of having so many policies when they cannot honor them. No wonder why this specific site has only 3.9 rating I rent a lot for work, in fact rented from this site before, Will never again make reservation with them.
