    HORRIBLE SERVICE! we have been in a rental for 3 weeks due to an accident that was not our fault and finally the responsible partys insurance arranged a rental.....long story short. Brandon called on 12/30 at 12pm and said they had a "TON" of inventory to chose from, we could not make it in on 12/30 so when I called on 12/31 the lady that answered said "You told us you would be here yesterday" seemed very put out by us not making it on 12/30 and put me on hold for 5 mintues and got back on the phone and told me they now had zero cars available and would not have any available anytime soon. I asked her how that changed overnight and asked if she was upset that we did not make it yesterday and she said we needed to come yesterday so I asked for a manager. She told me I could not speak to a manager but that she would try to have them call me by the end of the day. This has been the worst experience we have ever had and we have rented cars with Enterprise for 15 years but will never rent another one with them again after this fiasco is over.

    Enterprise Rent-A-Car was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. The staff was rude and dismissive, and I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience simply for trying to rent a car. I did not receive the vehicle I reserved or expected. Instead, I was given a tiny, low-quality car that felt like a downgrade in every sense. When I asked about the car I had originally wanted, the response was unhelpful and borderline condescending, with no real effort to find a solution or even acknowledge the issue. Renting a car should not feel like you’re being talked down to or brushed off. Between the poor customer service and the bait-and-switch style experience, this was easily one of the worst rental car experiences I’ve had. I won’t be using Enterprise again and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you want respectful service and transparency.

    Best rental experience ever. So accommodating that they helped me out even though they had closed 5 minutes before I got there. Extremely pleasant and professional.

    Extremely poor customer service. The representatives were unhelpful. We had a rental at 9:00 AM, but were told no cars were available. They then booked a car for us at the Cedar Park location at 1:00 PM. When we arrived before 1:00PM, we were told the location was closed. This was a complete waste of time and very frustrating.

    The worst experience ever !!!! First prices change drastically every day, but that’s not even the worst about my experience.. I made a reservation through Booking.com a week before my family and I were going on a 20-hour trip to Florida with a baby. Three days before the reservation, I called to ask if they accepted Apple Pay (since I wanted to pay with the virtual card I created through Booking online), and they said they don't accept virtual cards. After I managed to resolve that issue, I asked about the car details to find out how much luggage I could bring. They transferred my call to someone else, who told me they didn't have any vehicles available that met my needs and that they were very sorry, but due to the holidays, they had no inventory. They told me I had to call other locations since I still had time! This was three days before my trip, and of course, none of the other locations had an SUV the size I had reserved. Horrible communication, poor customer service. Never, ever rent here. I have many friends with bad experiences. Why do they allow online reservations if they can't manage their inventory?! I will never rent from this place again!
