  Unfortunately there was only 1 person working, and there was a queue behind me. He was doing reception plus cleaning the vehicles. Very disappointing experience.

  My experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Communication and follow-through were seriously lacking, especially from the location manager, Mario. I was repeatedly told certain things would be handled, only to find out later that no action had been taken and no updates were ever provided. I had to constantly chase down answers myself, which should never be the customer’s responsibility. What made the situation worse was discovering that charges were later authorized by the area manager and processed on an account that had already been closed — without any notification, explanation, or prior communication. Finding this out after the fact was frustrating and completely unacceptable. This entire experience showed a lack of accountability, poor internal communication, and disregard for the customer. I expected far better professionalism and transparency from a company like Enterprise. I would strongly caution others to double-check everything in writing and monitor their accounts closely if they choose to rent here.After I returned the vehicle, my deposit was charged again with no explanation. Later, I received an additional bill from Enterprise Collections. At no point did anyone from the location reach out to explain what was happening or try to resolve it. I spoke twice with Courtney about this issue. Each time, I was told it would be addressed, but no follow-up ever came. Today, I was told the area manager had been made aware and that I would be contacted, but based on the lack of communication so far, I’m not confident that will happen. Being charged after the vehicle was properly returned, then hearing from collections without any prior communication from the branch, is unacceptable. This situation reflects very poor communication, lack of follow-through, and a frustrating customer experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone renting here keep very detailed records and closely monitor their account after returning a vehicle. Avoid Enterprise and this Pflugerville location.!

  This was the third time getting a car from this location, as usual they were efficient, friendly and provided a great rental.
