  Great customer service and nearly new vehicle from the Austin Airport location. Price was fair for the holiday season. Will use Enterprise again.

  Most people seem to write more reviews when they're pissed off than when everything goes well, me included. I would like start my new year by giving credit where credit is due: I swapped a my car for another one with no delays or BS, but that wasn't the highlight. I was very impressed (taken aback, really) by a young agent named Elizabeth (I think she calls herself Ellie) who did everything one would expect a rental agent to do well beyond her years and experience; I should send my own employees to rent a car just to learn from her. Ellie double checked everything, examined the car, and eloquently reminded me of Enterprise offerings that I had forgotten even existed without lending an impression that she was trying to upsell, just before seeing me off by wishing me a happy New Year. The only way this encounter could have gone any better would be if I had stolen this employee right out from under Enterprise's nose, which somehow didn't cross my mind until this minute.

  After a long flight and some not very nice/ friendly employees at the airport it was very very refreshing having a very nice and friendly greeting at the enterprise desk. Kailey was so sweet, welcoming and just an absolute angel. Quickly changed my mood with her positive energy, even going above and beyond by recommending me the best BBQ. Picking up my rental the gentlemen that helped amazing as well. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name but also very friendly, bright, and helpful. My rental return? Easy, quick, and a very friendly greeting and goodbye. Very pleased with the team! I look forward to my next rental at this location. Have been renting from enterprise for years and it's always stress free. Definitely recommend 👌

  My sister had a reservation and was arriving from a delayed flight. This Enterprise location closes at 1AM, and according to Enterprise’s corporate website, “Locations will remain open for up to 2 hours after their posted closing time to accommodate delayed customers.” Despite this, no one reviewed my sister’s reservation or flight delay. Taylor explained there was a “manager rule” that the cutoff was 1:45, which did not align with Enterprise’s published policy. They were willing to leave us stranded. When we then spoke with Abbey, the interaction became dismissive and sarcastic. When my sister calmly said she just wanted to “get through this,” Abbey mockingly replied, “Great idea!” There was zero apology. When we said we would contact corporate about the mistreatment, Abbey responded sarcastically, “Perfect, I hope you do!!!” and repeatedly interrupted my sister instead of explaining anything. I contacted Enterprise Corporate, and I appreciate that they listened, empathized, and escalated the issue during the call. They are aware of the 2-hour after-closing window. Unfortunately, the issue at the location was not the policy itself, but the inconsistent explanations, mocking tone, and lack of professionalism we experienced on-site.

  I had an Enterprise rental that wouldn’t start and needed to be towed. Unfortunately, it got towed with my suitcases in it. Dania at the airport Enterprise was able to track down the towed car and personally went to search the car and get my things. She was very helpful and courteous demonstrating true customer service.
