  By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was in an accident and the other party’s insurance is covering my rental. Dropped my car off, spoke to insurance and everything was going super well and smooth until it came to the rental. AFTER accepting my appointment for the rental and I’m sitting at the repair shop is when they told me they wouldn’t accept my debit card as payment and told me someone else with a valid ID and debit card would be able to rent to vehicle instead for me. I had my grandfather come to help with an acceptable debit card, ID and insurance just for them to turn around and say that doesn’t work either. So there I am, without a car since they picked me up from the repair shop, WITH A ONE YEAR OLD, two car seats and a stroller… a one year old that by the way had no more diapers, no more snacks because enterprise gave me the runaround for over 3 hours. I was told this would all be done within 1. Missed my court ordered pick up time for my other child and now I have zero car until I’m able to somehow go pick up my vehicle in the shop. I had to uninstall and re install two car seats THREE times because they couldn’t save me the hassle of telling me all these rules from the start. Communication was HORRIBLE. These rules are ridiculous and corporate or the risk department needs to reevaluate their rules to better assist customers who aren’t even at fault in an accident and just need a car to get around. I have the insurance, the ID but for some reason cash nor my debit card could be accepted. Save yourself the hassle if you’re a parent cause they could not care less about leaving you without a car at 5pm on a Friday.

  Robert was amazing! I rented a car for a week, but it broke down the second day I had it. Robert made sure everything was taken care of though & helped me secure a refund. This all happened over the holidays too, so I’m extra grateful for his help. Thank you, Robert!!!!!
