    Whether it be intentional or not, racist remarks were made to my dad when he attempted to rent a car, and was ultimately refused service. When I went in (white passing) to get a car they were polite, but when i asked questions since it was my first time renting a car, they deliberately omitted information. For example when I asked if a fee would be applied each day or just overall, they said overall. Yet when I returned the car, more than one fee was for each day. That was one of the most frustrating and humiliating experiences me or my family could go through. Do better.
