  Always lovely staff and they're always slammed! It's a circus of young men running all over the place to get things done and they work so hard to take care of everybody as quickly as possible! The location closest to me is the only one I have ever or will ever use, it's perfect. (Even though they gave me a spaceship car and I'm old, it was interesting learning new features!)

  I had a 2:00 PM scheduled pickup with online check-in. I arrived around 3:45–3:50 due to running late. The representative initially assigned me a Nissan Altima. As we were walking to the car, he mentioned that the tire pressure warning light was on but said he had checked the tires and they were “where they’re supposed to be.” Once inside the car, I noticed the tire pressure light was actually blinking. He acknowledged this and said it was up to me if I wanted to take it. I declined. He said no problem and offered a Toyota Camry instead, which was fine. However, he then said the car needed to be washed first. I explained that I was already behind schedule and didn’t mind taking it unwashed. He responded that they couldn’t release the car unless it was washed. So apparently it’s acceptable to offer a car with a service warning light, but not one that hasn’t been washed. This was the second issue I’ve had here, though I didn’t document the first. Unfortunately, this is the closest rental location to me, so I’m essentially forced to keep coming back despite these experiences. The staff was cool and resolved issues but all of this was foreseen. They definitely knew the tire pressure light was on and I guess banking on me not being worried about it

  I've had frequent rentals from this location and they are always friendly, efficient and transparent about policies or potential fees. Their stock is usually pretty decent for a non-airport location and they do a good job at vehicle prep. I've never had issues at this location. I get a steep discount through my employer on rentals from Enterprise so I'm happy this location is nearby.

  Had an amazing experience renting a car from here! Of course when I returned my rental I was an idiot and left my phone in the car, and they were so kind and were able to get my phone back to me! Thank y’all SO SO much!!

  My mom got a rental from this enterprise, and in the week that she has had it, the battery has died 3 times leaving her stranded and caused her to miss appointments! They also wanted to charge her $68 to come jump THEIR car. This car, and the service she has received has been nothing but an inconvenience! If I could leave a zero star review, I would, because 1 star still feels too high for the inconvenience she has constantly dealt with since getting this car! Be aware that this location is giving dying cars as rentals and they will charge you for fixing their mistake, if you can actually call it "fixing" because she's currently waiting for them to come "fix" their problem AGAIN!! Be prepared to pay multiple times for horrible service and worse cars! Good luck, future renters. I suggest going somewhere else.
