Had a great experience with my recent rental from Enterprise. The customer service from both the local N Lamar office in Austin we picked the vehicle up from and the Florida City, Fl office we returned it to.

Avoid Dealing with Nick at Enterprise.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Enterprise on North Lamar, all thanks to the representative named Nick. From the beginning, it felt like he had no intention of honoring my request or making my rental experience positive.
I asked specifically for a sedan, something similar to my Mazda 6. Instead, Nick first offered me a Volkswagen Atlas, which was larger than I wanted. I agreed to compromise and take the Atlas just to move forward. But once Nick realized I’d be exchanging the car at another location, he decided to switch me to a Ford Edge instead, something I never asked for and didn’t want.
It really felt like because I was willing to compromise once, Nick decided he could just hand me the worst option on the lot. He even joked that he’d never drive a Ford himself and will even pay me to drive a Ford, which was completely unprofessional. On top of that, the location was full of mosquitoes, making the wait even more uncomfortable.
In short, if you visit this location, avoid dealing with Nick; Never coming back here.
