    I recently had a very positive experience with the team at this location and want to record my appreciation. For a long time, I avoided Enterprise Rent-A-Car after a negative experience at the Research Boulevard branch, but I chose this location for the Christmas break because of their competitive pricing and I am glad I did. The staff here are managing the business professionally and provided friendly, helpful service throughout my rental. As a side note, a few cars could benefit from additional maintenance, but overall I remain satisfied and would like to end this review with a sincere thank you to the team.

    The cars are cars. They are commodity and more or less to the same standards at almost every national brand you rent from. However, the hard working genuine people here are irreplaceable in my opinion, and the true difference makers in my experiences. Renting here feels more like borrowing cars from friends than renting from a nationwide corporation. I would have never rented cars frequently enough to eventually earn my Platinum level loyalty status if it wasn't for every single person working here and making a differencea at every turn. Thank you!
