  From the moment I walked into Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Brandon made sure I was taken care of and made the entire rental process quick and easy. I’m hoping I won’t be in any more accidents anytime soon, but if I ever need to rent a car again, this is definitely where I’m coming back. Thanks, guys!

  This is a post of true gratitude, and fitting here at Thanksgiving. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name that took care of me this weekend but regarless, he was greatly appreciated. Renting a vehicle can be an absolute whip, especially when you don't really want to... this was not the case. He made it quick, easy and way above my expectations. 5 Gold star experience!

  This location in Georgetown on S Austin is the WORST!! If I coukd give a zero, I would! Hayden is the least helpful, rudest person I've ever encountered at an Enterprise. I rent cars for work about 3 weeks per month and I had a reservation to pick up for personal use on a Wed am. I got there about 45 min after my pickup time and he said he didn't have any cars. He gave away my car since I wasn't there "on time". There were 2 trucks in the lot and I asked to take those but he said they were all rented. I asked why he gave away my car but was keeping the trucks and he just said, they're already rented. I asked him to call other locations and he said no one in Austin had any cars. When 2 different cars came in, he said they both needed oil changes. I know he was intentionally delaying me picking up a car since I called him out in him renting my car when I had a reservation. While I waited, the phone rang and rang and he sat at a desk in front of a computer screen appearing to give a new employee the benefits of working for Enterprise. That guy was nicer than Hayden. I waited 90 minutes then had my hubby pick me up. We went to the Braker lane location whete they had a vehicle we coukd rent. That location was so nice and very helpful. They even apologized forthat location, and stated, "you are not the first customer to complain about him". The only reason I didn't go to a different rental agency elsewhere was because I was using points that day for my rental. I will no longer be renting from Enterprise for my work travel! As I said, I rent a vehicle 3 of 4 weeks a month and they've lost a significant amount of business. They've also lost my personal business! One horrible employee just cost this company significant business!! I called the corporate number to speak to a manager but no call back, yet.
