    Be careful renting from this location. I was told that they will book any reservation on their website and it doesn’t mean they will have the car you requested. That’s exactly what happened to me, I booked a large SUV ahead of time and they told me when I arrived they don’t have it. Complete waste of time, and a horrible experience.

    Extremely disappointing experience at this location. When my rental sustained two flat tires, Management advised me to have the car towed at my own expense and gave me a list of shops that would work. Upon arriving at One of the agreed-upon locations, The shop let me know that they don’t accept enterprise cars. Management asked me to tow the car at my own expense again. They were able to offer no voucher or assistance with the towing, although erroneously giving me The shop was an error on management end. When extending my rental, I was told I needed to stop in at the local branch on 620 north, The gentleman who helped me verify that my rental was renewed for a week Starting from January 31. When I looked to extend my rental again this week, The Enterprise representative on the phone let me know that the extension that I went into the 620 N. location to complete had never fully been completed. My car shows that it was due back January 31. Working on the phone now to rectify this, although it is very frustrating because I went out of my way to visit the location in person to make sure things were accomplished correctly. Please do not utilize this location, I have used enterprise extensively in the past and have never had this many issues. I would be ecstatic if management was able to reach out and rectify this situation in anyway, however, my attempts to speak to management at this specific location have been fruitless and frustrating

    Absolutely terrible and shady service from start to finish. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived I was told they “didn’t have any cars.” After pushing back, they suddenly found 1 vehicle, which was below the class I reserved, and I had no choice but to take it. I returned the vehicle Saturday at 3pm after being explicitly told by customer support that returning to this location after hours was acceptable, since there were no open branches in Austin. Despite this, I was charged for Sunday and Monday because the return was “after hours.” The car was on their lot since Saturday. Charging me for all of Monday makes no sense and is not supported by the contract. I read the agreement thoroughly and there is nothing in it that authorizes extra charges for an after-hours return. I spoke with customer support, the local staff, and the branch manager. No one could explain how charging for an entire extra day is justified when the vehicle was already returned and in their possession prior to monday morning. Avoid this location at all costs! Poor inventory management, misleading information, and billing practices that do not align with the contract.

    Formal Complaint Regarding Rental Experience at the Enterprise location at 10907 N FM620 I am submitting this review to formally document my experience at the Enterprise location at 10907 FM620, which was significantly below acceptable standards. I reserved an SUV more than one month in advance. Approximately one hour before my scheduled pickup time, I was contacted by the location manager, who informed me that the reserved SUV was not available. I was initially offered a sedan as an alternative and agreed at first. However, after discussing this with my husband, we realized the sedan would not be suitable or comfortable for our grandchildren, who require car seats. I called back to ask about other reasonable options, including picking up later that day, the following day, or checking availability at another Enterprise location. The manager was rude and unprofessional and stated that my only option was to accept the sedan being offered or I would not receive a vehicle at all. He further stated that the location is privately owned, that they do not communicate with other Enterprise locations, and that Enterprise always overbooks reservations during the holidays, which he cited as the reason my reserved vehicle was unavailable. These statements were presented as standard operating practice. Despite this interaction, I ultimately agreed to take the sedan and called again to confirm my acceptance and to inform the manager that I was on my way. While I was on hold, the call was disconnected multiple times. I was then informed that my reservation had been cancelled, even though I never requested cancellation. For context, I have been an Enterprise customer for over 30 years and have consistently rented from 13207 North 183 location, where I have always received professional and reliable service. Choosing the 620 location was a significant departure from my past experiences and a decision I regret. Fortunately, the North 183 location demonstrated exemplary customer service. Their staff assisted in locating a vehicle at another branch on North Lamar and even arranged transportation to ensure I was accommodated. Their actions reflect the level of service I have come to expect. Based on the manager’s conduct, lack of professionalism, and mishandling of a confirmed reservation, I cannot recommend the Enterprise 10907 N FM 620 location.
