I was in a major collision where a young unlicensed and drunk kid ran a red light t-boned my car at 65mph, cutting my brand new Audi nearly in-half. I was still trying to deal with insurance, happy to have survived but sad as I had only put 50 miles on my new Audi. When I was making my reservation for the following day with Ivan Nuwoldi and then picking up the car, my insurance put me in the cheapest economy car. Enterprise employees, Abigail Goo and Store Manager Ivan Nuwoldi were discussing the upcoming rental reservations, had received the information from my insurance and saw they'd only pay for the least expensive car. However, I was surprised the next morning as I picked it up. They discussed it the night before and decided to give me a complimentary upgrade ...to a brand new 2025 Audi A6. Admit all the chaos of my wreck, this little gesture was so sweet and showed me that they really do care about their customers!! Thanks, Abigail and Ivan!!!- Sarah S.

I selected this site as Abigail had such great customer service over the phone. I needed a mid size SUV and at the time of our phone conversation there was not one available due to F1. But she reserved a vehicle closes to what I needed. When I arrived for the reservation, Abigail greeted me with a welcoming smile and she was able to reserve what I needed after all!! When I returned the rental the check out was smooth. Thank you all!! 😊

Never cared much for their employee Ivan from the start.The guy has that air about him where you can tell he thinks he is better than everyone around him. But it was hit or miss if I had to deal with him. The rest of the crew was always amazing so I stuck around.They have finally lost my business. After witnessing the way that man treated an older gal who was obviously already confused about the process, I now refuse to give this place another dollar of my money. That was downright despicable how he was with her and she was harmless. He should be ashamed of himself.
