I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle through Enterprise Car Sales Austin. The customer service was truly what made the difference for me. My sales agent was professional, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process, and I never felt pressured at any point. That level of honesty and support is ultimately what made me decide to purchase from Enterprise instead of other dealerships I was considering.
The only small challenge was the vehicle transfer process. It ended up being a little more tedious and took longer than I expected, and I think clearer communication upfront about timelines and steps would make the experience even smoother — especially when transferring a vehicle within Texas. Once everything arrived, though, the process moved forward well.
Overall, the experience was excellent. The no-haggle pricing, professionalism, and customer-focused approach made buying a car far less stressful than traditional dealership experiences. I would absolutely recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking for a straightforward and trustworthy car-buying process.

I’m giving two stars only because I did buy my previous vehicle here and that went ok. But after my recent experience here I will not be back and I will tell anybody looking for a car to avoid this place. So as I mentioned, I did buy a car from here before, and when it was recently totaled I thought I’d give them another shot. I put in information requests about a couple different Tacomas they had listed online, and had a salesperson reach out nearly immediately. I explained that I was looking for a truck and was partial to the Toyota Tacoma, and he asked all the basic stuff he would need to start looking. By the way I never did see either of the trucks I had asked about online. It took some time to get my insurance and Chase bank to get my account settled so it did take a couple weeks before I could actually start shopping. When it came time the salesperson and I set up a meet time for midday, as I work late night and don’t get home till around 4am, and we had talked about that, but apparently his management made him call me at 9am to confirm the appointment, so the day didn’t start off great. I Arrive at the dealership, and there is a Tacoma parked out front, which I test drove to make sure I did in fact want a Tacoma, and I did, but I did not love this particular truck. I had a few issues with this truck, and while I know you can’t be too exacting when you’re buying used, I think it’s ok to look at more than one and be sure when you’re spending 30k+. Now I should mention that I had already been approved for financing by my own bank, and so that may have made them nervous that I would shop elsewhere if they didn’t get a deal done that day. So at this point the manager comes in, pops out his phone and shows me a picture of another Tacoma, which is a year newer, has 40k less miles, and is exactly what I wanted. It’s also almost the same price. He says it’s going through remarketing and to get it released to them I will have to commit to buying it. So I do go home, but the salesperson reached out again and said that if I wanted to move forward on the truck I did like I would need to send over the down payment to prevent another buyer from getting it. So I did this, and was excited to pick up my truck the following day. I then get a call in the morning, and am told that the truck sold late that night. I got a whole spiel about how it was his off day and he had just come in to get this deal done and he was just as disappointed, but that he still had the truck I had driven the day before (even though I had been very clear I didn’t like it). He sent me pictures of a couple other trucks which again were not as nice as the one I thought I had agreed to buy. At this point I decided I was too irritated to keep at this with them, so I told them I wanted my down payment back. This was on a Friday, and of course it wasn’t immediate, so I didn’t get my money back until Tuesday. I do have the texts and emails about the truck I thought I was buying, so if anyone wants to dispute my account I have the receipts.
