I needed to go to auto zone for car cleaning supplies, but first wanted to grab a sub at the chubba hut next door. Was confronted in the parking lot by a store employee that said he’d tow my truck if I did that. All while Duelly trucks were parked horizontally in their other parking spaces.
Not only did they ruin the opportunity of business today, I will avoid this location at all costs

I wish I would have gotten the man's name, however, we had a wonderful experience this morning. Our check engine light came on and we went to Autozone to get assistance. We happened to get a salesman right as he was clocking in. He was extremely kind and we were in and out within 5 minutes. He showed us exactly what was wrong, showed us the report on the computer, and even went out of his way to give us recommendations regarding the fix. Wonderful experience and I will only be using this location from now on!
On another note, the store is new, extremely clean, and smells great. Big fan.

I wouldn’t necessarily say this AutoZone is bad, BUT it definitely needs improvement in customer service and basic skills. For starters, the staff often seems short-handed. When I called to ask if my battery could be replaced at this location – which should be a standard service at all AutoZones – the response I received over the phone came across as dismissive, which was disappointing.
When I arrived, I was told that my battery couldn’t be replaced because the associate didn’t know how to and that they were short-staffed. Basic battery replacement is a core service and should be handled confidently. Additionally, when my battery was replaced with another car in January, the bolt wasn’t tightened properly, and I was told that the battery was ‘hard to change’ due to its location. I drive a regular American sedan, so this shouldn’t be an unusual challenge.
Bottom line: this store would greatly benefit from additional training and stronger customer service to meet the standards people expect from AutoZone. It's hard to support when the one that is at the other location on William Cannon is 10x better (in my opinion)
