The employees at the store refused to help me check the check engine and threw the diagnostic tool at me, leaving me to do it myself. I really don't know which connector I need. I sat in my car for about 15 minutes without being able to do it, and in the end, I returned the diagnostic tool and went to another branch. Please train your employees on proper customer service.

Andi, a friendly and energetic salesperson helped me determine the problem, receive a replacement battery at no cost )because it was still under warranty and I had bought it at that store.). She installed it quickly, all the while helping others who needed new windshield wipers and antifreeze. She was so attentive and effective, going above and beyond the usual customer service.
