  I’ve been a consistent customer at this AutoZone for years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars here over the last several months alone for my business. Today, I attempted to return a new, unused battery with a valid receipt, well within the return window. The assistant manager refused the return, stating he “didn’t want to take the loss,” which was both unprofessional and inaccurate. Returns are a company policy decision, not a personal one, and customers shouldn’t be subjected to arbitrary enforcement based on a manager’s preference. To confirm, I drove to another AutoZone a few miles away and completed the exact same return with no issues whatsoever—same product, same receipt, same system. This inconsistency is frustrating, wastes customers’ time, and erodes trust—especially for professional customers who rely on predictable, policy-based service. I expect better alignment with company standards and more professional decision-making at this location.

  Huge shoutout to JR, the store manager! Our car battery died on Valentine’s Day in the middle of the rain, and he absolutely saved us. As soon as the rain lightened up, he changed our battery in under 5 minutes. Super kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help us when we really needed it. He truly made our Valentine’s Day so much better. Thank you, JR!

  this is a shout out to the manager over here, i think his name is J.R. this dude went above and beond. i was about to give up on shopping at parts stores and just order my stuff cheaper on amazon because i went in there trying to get my starter warrentied and the other guy that was there at t time said they dont make it anymore and just told me to call customer service which sent me to a call center somewhere where they dont know what a starter is. but i reluctantly went back in there and this dude JR completely restored my faith in humanity, as long as he is there ill keep coming back. yall need to put at least 2 Jrs in every location starting with the one down on wm cannon and mkinny falls.

  Dam it , I like this auto zone. But there's no parking , well there would be if the 3 amigos weren't running a full blown auto fix it shop right there in the parking lot . Almost looks like a flea market for old beat up Chevys .
