When JR, the manager, came out with his equipment and said we needed to go down the list of diagnostics in order to get good info, I knew I was in good hands. He found the battery to be bad, and quickly assisted on getting a replacement battery located and installed. He was so friendly and informative. I told him he definitely restored my faith in that location!
