- DWDayna WallaceNov 4, 20255.0I used to always bypass this store to go somewhere else because the staff there made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them, but on 11/1 we stopped in to have an alternator check done after having the battery checked at another auto parts store(battery checked out good). When JR, the manager, came out with his equipment and said we needed to go down the list of diagnostics in order to get good info, I knew I was in good hands. He found the battery to be bad, and quickly assisted on getting a replacement battery located and installed. He was so friendly and informative. I told him he definitely restored my faith in that location!
