  I am writing to formally report an unpleasant experience I had this morning at one of your store locations. While at the store, I was assisted by an employee who was fluent in Spanish. I addressed him in Spanish, as there were visible signs indicating “Hablamos Español.” However, the employee responded by telling me that I needed to speak English because we are in the United States and that Spanish is not spoken there. I found this response inappropriate and disrespectful, especially considering: The employee himself was speaking Spanish. The store promotes Spanish-speaking assistance. The United States is a diverse country where many customers communicate in different languages. His comment felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. No customer should feel uncomfortable for speaking their preferred language, especially when the store advertises bilingual service. I want to clarify that another employee did assist me professionally and respectfully, and I appreciate that. However, the interaction with the first employee was very unpleasant and should be addressed. I strongly recommend additional customer service and diversity training at this location to ensure all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

  Carlos P. is the man!! I came in for a headlight replacement. He thoroughly went through all of my options and then ended up popping the bulb in for me. Great customer service and good pricing.

  I just stopped in to get some antifreeze. The employee was helpful and pleasant. A quick visit. It's next to the HEB on Susquehanna so it's convenient. Parking can be a bit tough during busy hours.
