The battery installation was done incorrectly, and I had to drive with it in that state, which posed a significant safety risk. Fortunately, the battery died in a safe location. Given the circumstances, there was no justification for the $300 battery to fail, and it is clear that the improper tightening of wires during installation was the cause. The company's refusal to compensate me for the loss incurred during that day is unacceptable. I urge them to take responsibility, reimburse me, and reconsider their customer service approach. If they take corrective action, I will reconsider my review.
