  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Dylan and the general manager, as they failed to take responsibility and demonstrate integrity. The battery installation was done incorrectly, and I had to drive with it in that state, which posed a significant safety risk. Fortunately, the battery died in a safe location. Given the circumstances, there was no justification for the $300 battery to fail, and it is clear that the improper tightening of wires during installation was the cause. The company's refusal to compensate me for the loss incurred during that day is unacceptable. I urge them to take responsibility, reimburse me, and reconsider their customer service approach. If they take corrective action, I will reconsider my review.

  Our mercedes was overheating. We went to the Autozone in Round Rock on FM 620 to add coolant. Jordan helped us. He is awesome! Helped with coolant, testing with scanner and gave us great tips. Thank you Jordan

  My visits here are always car battery related, but they’re always wonderful. Everyone that works here is a delight, especially Dillon and Jose and Sierra.

  The manager Dillon was an absolute godsend to me and my family which included 3 kids. While on our vacation our car overheated and we were stuck in the heat in what they call the "kill zone" on the side of the dangerous highway. We weren't able to make it to the store a few minutes away so we called Dillon whom we never met and he drove to us with product in hand. He told us he usually wouldn't come to customers in any case so it spoke volumes to his character that he did and risked himself getting hurt. In the moment of desperation and as a mom I want to apologize for putting you in harms way. I also want to thank you for your extreme kindness and willingness to help me and my children in our time of need. Although he wasn't able to help us and we had to get towed it truly touched my heart that he even came to try outside their norm. We offered to pay him extra for his trouble and he refused. He restored hope in humanity for us that day. Thank you again. My kids called you their hero.
