While on our vacation our car overheated and we were stuck in the heat in what they call the "kill zone" on the side of the dangerous highway. We weren't able to make it to the store a few minutes away so we called Dillon whom we never met and he drove to us with product in hand. He told us he usually wouldn't come to customers in any case so it spoke volumes to his character that he did and risked himself getting hurt. In the moment of desperation and as a mom I want to apologize for putting you in harms way. I also want to thank you for your extreme kindness and willingness to help me and my children in our time of need. Although he wasn't able to help us and we had to get towed it truly touched my heart that he even came to try outside their norm. We offered to pay him extra for his trouble and he refused. He restored hope in humanity for us that day. Thank you again. My kids called you their hero.

Come on guys !! You should help customers for changing the battery and change your customer satisfaction board.
