- RQRong QiaoAug 17, 20255.0I had great experience here these two days. My car hasn’t been driven for more than 2 months, then I couldn’t start my car. I first tried to buy one jump-stater from this store. I got warm help and ended up bought Noco GB40 yesterday. It’s great that I used it to had my car worked. However it couldn’t being started after turned off. This morning I tried to jump-start it again and drove longer time but unfortunately after it’s turned off it became worse as I couldn’t jump-start it again. I came to the store to look for advice this noon . I met Will and he gave me suggestions and provided mobile mechanics info as my car parked at my house at this time. He also suggested me to check with dealership considering the car is year 2025. In the late afternoon I tried another jump-start and succeeded. I drove the car to AutoZone directly this time to have a battery test. Will helped me with the test. The device showed that the battery is 0% hence couldn’t tell if it’s good or bad. Will took the battery out to give it charging then tested it. IT IS FREE! It took one hour to get it done and with the result that the battery is bad. As my battery is still in warranty so I will get the battery replaced with the dealership tomorrow. I am so thankful to Will and all of other employees I met these two days. They are very friendly, heartwarming, professional and provided useful support. I will definitely come to this store again when I need to manage my car stuff. BTW, the store is 7 days open till night time, that’s so helpful especially when other stores are closed during Sunday! Appreciate!
- NUNick UlrichAug 1, 20255.0Wow! My car had to be jumped. Drove it for 15 minutes on the freeway to hopefully recharge it. Since I wasn't sure it would start after stopping, I pulled into the Auto Zone on HWY 183 and Anderson Mill. Tried to start it and nothing. Within 10 minutes of entering the Auto Zone, Albert had checked the battery (It was definitely shot), found me one for $89 and had replaced it. Excellent friendly and efficient service. I've never been so happy to have to buy a new battery. Thanks Albert!
