  Placed an order in the evening then went to the store 12 hours later and they still didn’t have the order ready. One small part and they couldn’t pick it in almost a whole. Business day. Had to go to advance auto accross the street which isn’t much better but at least they had it.

  Horrible experience asked for help to see why check engine light is on and they handed me the tool to do it myself while there was 3 people just standing around in the store. I did exactly what they said and brought the computer back in and handed me a couple sheets of paper and said here’s your report. Like really?! Where the customer service at!! Don’t go to this one at all!!

I want to personally recognize Lynne (Commercial Manager) and Daniel for providing some of the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive industry. As a business owner and mobile mechanic servicing clients from Austin all the way to San Antonio, I work with many auto parts stores daily — and this location stands out above them all. From the very beginning, both Lynne and Daniel were incredibly helpful, professional, and solution-oriented. Lynne went completely above and beyond to help me locate the exact part I needed at the most cost-effective price possible. When it wasn’t available in-store, she made sure I could pay at her location and conveniently pick it up at another store without any delays. To make the process even smoother, Lynne had Daniel immediately text the receipt and invoice directly to my phone so my husband could pick up the other part without any hassle. That level of teamwork, communication, and efficiency made everything seamless from start to finish. Their professionalism, urgency, and genuine willingness to help made this one of the smoothest and most stress-free experiences I’ve ever had with any auto parts store. Hands down, this has been the BEST customer service I have encountered in this industry.   Went to get my battery & alternator checked. The gentleman who assisted me insisted he did not need to check both batteries on my truck i didn’t argue with him. he said the battery’s and alternator were both good and that he did not need to check the other battery as it would show the same thing
