I left immediately and did not make any purchases. Some guy wearing suspenders suggested that the girl they were talking about was “just a dumb girl”, literally so disgusting and the reason why people don’t trust AutoZone.

I bought wiper blades after and while I was purchasing they were talking about her in such an ugly and sexual way! Made a complaint to cooperate, disgusting!

What could have been an expensive trip to the dealership, was resolved by resetting the battery. Something, I would not have come up with on my own.

Ethan Estrada treated me terribly; he literally told me to take the scanner and do it myself. When I replied that I didn't know how, he got angry and didn't give me any answers about the car. Besides that, he was rude and had a bad presence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIKE THIS PLACE.

I needed to replace my brake light switch, but I accidentally pulled the cruise control switch instead, because the brake light switch next to it was hard to see with my glasses on. So I went back in there thinking they had sold me the wrong part that I had bought the day before based on what the website said I needed, but they figured the problem out quickly and set me on the right track. A+, what a great crew! EDIT: Today, a couple of days after I wrote the original review, Casey and Curtis were amazing helping me with a difficult battery replacement, where the bolt was stripped on the negative battery terminal. They tried to install a couple of different bolts from their drawer of spare bolts but nothing they had fit, so they used a special ratchet to put the stripped bolt back on there. So I'm on the road again thanks to them, until I can get that bolt replaced. Corporate needs to buy Casey and Curtis some GrubHub gift cards and give them a raise!
