- CCCFeb 15, 20261.0Unable to receive service. Went to this store twice today. Both times I waited in line for service. Both times I was ignored when it was my turn. It wasn’t due to me being a difficult customer being I did exactly what was expected of me and wasn’t granted the opportunity to speak a single word with an employee. I am new to this area and this was my first interaction with this store. I would rather drive 20 minutes to a NAPA than come back here, or any other AutoZone for that matter.

Update: I am glad to get quick responding from AutoZone. I hope AutoZone could provide a clear list of which tools are entitled for the loan a tools program. ChatGpt is giving conflict answering with what the store owner said. Interestingly, AutoZone provides loaning more expensive vaccum pumper, but not other much cheaper and durable tools. I am also happy with other deals there.

- DCDaniel CampbellFeb 5, 20261.0Worst Autozone I've ever seen and been to in all my years, customers are cutting in line going behind the counter just to get service before everyone else in line, the employees acted like it was funny, and when the guy helping me was looking for the part he keep telling me just to go to another store, even though I just drove over an hour after hearing my home store tell me that they have the part, terrible customer service, I'm running a business and when parts are needed the parts store shouldn't be a complete joke
