On multiple occasions, employees have even hung up mid-conversation, which reflects very poor customer service. Gilbert, who appears to be the main point of contact, has expressed being overwhelmed by handling numerous orders alone—an indication that the team is severely understaffed and poorly managed. I would not recommend this company for any commercial business needs, as their lack of organization and support causes unnecessary delays and frustration for your customers.

They checked and the battery I purchased there previously was still under warranty. I believe the employee's name was Michael. He installed my new battery very quickly. It was quick and easy and I'm very pleased with the service.

Got a jump and called AutoZone off 7th to see if they could install, and the store manager confirmed they could (as some places don’t) and was extremely courteous and told me to stop by. I arrived shortly after and had a battery purchased and installed within 5 minutes. He was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this location.
