  Great customer service! Stephanie H. helped me with finding new windshield wipers, explaining the process behind it & teaching me how to install them myself! Very knowledgeable and kind, the rest of the staff was great as well. The phones were busy when I came in and the three ladies there did a great job handling both in person customers & the constant phone calls! 10/10

  Had a great experience with Chris last night. I was having battery troubles with a battery I had previously purchased from Autozone. Chris took the time to diagnose the issue, sort out everything on their side from a warranty perspective, and get me back on the road after a quick install. Thank you Chris!

  Chris is the best!! I had some pretty corroded terminals on my battery and Chris fixed it up right as rain, even helped point me in the direction of the right product I was looking for to keep the terminals clean and safe, and on top of that super friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks again Chris, my man! - Chicago Guy 😂

  Today, January 18, 2026, at approximately 1:15 PM, my husband and I visited this AutoZone location and had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. There was one woman and one man working at the store. We were clearly waiting to be helped, but they completely ignored us. They avoided eye contact, did not greet us, and instead chose to help other customers and do other tasks while we stood there waiting. It was very obvious that we were being ignored, and it felt like we were treated this way because we are Latino. We were respectful and patient, yet we were made to feel invisible. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. AutoZone should be a place where all customers are treated with respect, regardless of race or background. No one should feel discriminated against when simply trying to get help. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training to ensure equal and respectful treatment for everyone.
