When I walked in the person at the counter was extremely short with me, when he asked what my engine size was I go “I’m sorry I have no idea how I can find that out” he then seemed upset by that response, as if I am supposed to know this off the top of my head. When we do find a battery that will work for my car, I ask “you can help with installation correct?” He then says “nope I’m the only one in the store” This is extremely frustrating. Why would you promote free installation if you can’t do an install. I feel like this could be easily avoided by having more than one person working the store at a time. Very upsetting overall.
