    Thank you Raymond for your help today!! I walked in looking for air filters for the engine and cabin, asking if he carried the ones I had used 2years ago. He did, then proceeded to check if they were in stock. They were. I asked which way to find them and he said, I’ll be happy to pull them for you. Just wait here. This level of customer service was so much appreciated. I will definitely be back and recommend to my friends. Thx. :-)

    Horrible experience and customer service. When I walked in, I said “Good morning,” but the employee just gave me an awkward glare and stayed silent until I started explaining what I needed. Usually, it’s the employee’s job to greet customers and ask, “How can I help you today?” I told him I needed a new battery for my vehicle. He started asking basic questions like whether my car was 2-wheel or 4-wheel drive, which I didn’t know off the top of my head. Instead of helping me figure it out, he was very condescending and said, “If you don’t know, I can’t help you.” I asked him to give me a moment to look up the details so I could give an accurate answer. Once we determined which battery I needed, I said I’d take the $229 one and asked if he could help install it since I didn’t have my tools with me. This is literally protocol at any auto parts store everywhere, even Walmart. He replied, “Nope, I can’t help, I’m the only one in the store.” Since he was clearly the manager on duty and alone in the store, I asked, “Is there any way you could lock up for a few minutes to help me since I’m the only customer in here?” Instead, he just repeated, “I can’t help you.” I told him, “Thanks for wasting my time,” and as I walked out, he said, “You’re the one who came in here, dude.” I immediately went next door to AutoZone, and they treated me respectfully and installed the battery for me without any issue. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful behavior. As someone who manages multiple facilities, I would fire an employee for this kind of conduct. Not only did he miss the customer service mark on every level, but he was also extremely rude and lost his company a $229 sale. I unfortunately didn’t get his name but he was an older gentleman with a black beard and this occurred on the morning of October 9th, 2025. I’ve already reported him to his District so if you’re a customer reading this, I’d avoid this location and if you’re the employee reading this, I hope you learn some customer service and respect.
