    No e ido mucho pero ase 3 meses compré un compresor de aire y salió defectuoso y fui a regresarlo por la garantía y resulta que no me lo pueden cambiar si no compro el kit completo creo q garantía es garantía y tiene que aser se baler

    Aaron Help me with my battery exchange. David help me realize it was under warranty. I am very grateful because a new battery would have cost me $300 and I do not have much money so I am extremely grateful. Aaron Was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He was very patient and took great care with my battery and me and I am very grateful. This is why I come to this location. I always get exceptionally good service.

    Stopped by to top up on my oil. Needed help, so the young man working there kindly came to help me. However, too much oil was added and my car started to smoke badly and then wouldn’t start. Thankfully there were a group of mechanics in the parking lot who were more than ready to help! They took care of everything and got me back on the road. What a relief!!! 😅 (Also, the store manager patiently worked with me while we got it all resolved.) The men there working said from time to time they get harassed by the police and asked to leave. I’m very disappointed by this news bc had they not been there my situation would have been much worse! To whom it may concern: Please don’t chase away people who are willing and able to help others in need! 🙏🏼

    Store manager very rude. She did not want to take care of any customers and instead asked the one employee on duty to help everyone instead. She stood at the counter instead. I was waiting at the online order pick up section, and she kept looking my way but wouldn't say anything. I said hello when she looked my way and she looked back at the computer, completely dismissing me. Eventually she looked up again and asked if I needed help, I said yes and pointed to the online pick up signs throught the store. She sighed and said " you need to come over here where people are." I was agitated and responded with " I just followed the directions." This made her upset and she accused me of being rude. We then traded comments back and forth. She says she is the manager but would not give her name. I can't imagine the inferior training and support she is giving to employees. No self control. No awareness of her surrounds. Only there to be a boss not a leader. The one employee working was the star of the show.
