    I am not one to usually write a review but for once I needed to give credit where credit is due! Every time I get to visit Cindy and Gary at the location off 620 it is a treat! Yes, the prices and members rewards are better than.the competitor, across the street. However, the always upbeat, qualified and truly helpful team members are what keep us, the consumer, choosing to return time after time.

    Cindy at the 620 & Anderson mill store, went above beyond to help me . Her knowledge of policy and superior customer service was truly a breath of fresh air in an otherwise dark world. She is truly an outstanding individual.

    I stopped by the Advance Auto Parts on Anderson Mill 620 this evening to replace my car battery, thinking I’d have to buy a new one and pay for labor. I had no idea my old battery was still under warranty since I originally bought it from a different Advance Auto Parts location back in 2023. Susan and Cindy went above and beyond to help me. Just by looking at the battery, they figured out that it might be under warranty. They took the time to look up my old purchase and confirmed that the warranty was still valid! It was such a pleasant surprise and honestly heartwarming — I walked in expecting a big expense and left paying nothing for labor. Cindy explained that Advance Auto Parts covers labor costs if you originally purchased the battery from them, and she even helped me extend the warranty on my new replacement battery. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and truly made my evening. I’m so happy I came to this store — Cindy was exceptional, and Susan was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone nearby. You’ll be in great hands!

    I came in yesterday to buy a motorcycle battery and when I put the battery in my motorcycle today, the battery was dead, so I came back in today to exchange it for another one. I realize after I pulled it back out of my motorcycle that it was out of date no problem came back in the store to exchange it And Susan needed the manager’s help to do an exchange or a refund type thing well that that’s when it got sour when Cindy the manager showed up to the register Immediately, I could tell she had anger issues. She was very rude as soon as she showed up to the register to do the exchange I paid it no mine because I was tired and just got off of work So she scans the battery But during all of this, she’s pretty much talking crazy to me for no reason I’m just kind of quiet listening And wanting to just go home like I said Anyway, she scans the battery. The new one that she’s exchanging because the old one is dead that I bought yesterday and I happen to have the old one which is a ten dollar court charge that I get back for some reason she owes me twenty seven dollars Back, I think it’s because she gave me a different battery than the one I bought yesterday that was cheap plus the ten dollar court charges that she owed me So she ends up charging me $27 instead of giving me $27 This is where it gets really crazy so I look at her and I say ma’am, you actually just charged me $27 That’s when she pretty much really really became the most rudest person I’ve ever known in my entire life or ever been around And so I tell her how do I get my $27 back and she starts to say a whole bunch of more crazy rude stuff like how this is all my fault and that I’m a problem I guess Or something like that By the way, by this time, I’ve said probably a total of five words during the whole time. I’ve kind of stayed quiet because I just wanna go Home From a long day So I’m there for a long time at this point because she can’t get it together for some weird reason by the way, at this point, I’ve been there for over 25 minutes So I basically tell her let me just get a refund ma’am That’s when she turns the screen as as well I owe you $104. The battery alone was 129+ she overcharged me another $27 So I go to show her the receipt and she blows up again on me Cindy at this point has lost all credibility with me And is talking crazy and loud and now telling me to leave the store before she calls the police so I look at her and say excuse me I was a little shocked because it wasn’t that kind of situation. It was just her going crazy on me So I tell her yeah, go ahead call the police for what? What did I do and at that point you can tell her she’s trying to think of a reason of what to say as she’s starting to call the police. To be honest at that point, I couldn’t wait for the police to get there cause I wanted them to review the video and then looked back at her and go Are you OK Cindy Because literally if you were there, you would’ve been shocked just like Susan who works there Who was apologizing to me For the way, Cindy was acting Towards me for no reason Long story short, she finally gives me my refund I show her the receipt and by the way this is now 45 minutes. I’ve been in the store. And about five times of her, threatening to call the cops for no reason at all Just because she didn’t know how to do her job and she knew that she was being super super rude And I knew that so I get my refund And I look back at Cindy and I say you’re not gonna sell me any battery or anything and you’re calling the Police on me am I getting this right Cindy? She replies yes now leave my store so I say OK but what is the reason why I’m being kicked out ? She didn’t know what to say so she says harassment lol I laughed and said can I work with Susan and just buy a battery and go home like I wanted to do from the first place? She walks away, pretending to be on the phone with the police so I buy the battery from Susan and leave As I’m leaving, I light a cigarette up outside and she walks up to me and says what is your problem at that point, I get my car and leave.🤯
